In the Admin panel, select the “Content” tab, then select "File Manager".

Select the “Add” button, and find the file you want to upload.

Click “Upload selected files”.

Locate the file within the Upload and Manage Files page and click on it (link will open in a new window).
Highlight the URL in the address bar (the link begins with https://media.gttwl.com/attachments/ ...)
Copy that URL
Go to the "Content" tab and select ."Pages".
Select the page you wish to add the link to, or create a new page.
When the page editor opens up, type in a title or phrase that you would like linked to the file.
Highlight the phrase or title.

Click on the hyperlink tool in the editor's toolbar (the one that looks like a chain link).
A prompt will open up.
Paste the URL you copied into the “URL” section of the prompt.
*Optional: You can select the “Target” tab on the prompt and select “New Window (_blank)” if you would like your link to open in a new tab.
Click on the green “OK” button.
Your link is now underlined in the editor (it will not be underlined on the site page).
Save your page
